just a thought... i wonder if anyone has brought to their attention the recent jw.org video from lett (with very dubious timing) suggesting that any and all media reports about how the org handles abuse are lies from apostates, and how no one is more protective of abuse victims than the org ...seems to me that that video is very damning evidence of their attempt to silence victims from coming forward with complaints - further victimizing and traumatizing them.i hope they have seen that video - and i hope they bring it up.

i am thoroughly enjoying watching the org squirm.

Very sad news - Amber Scorah

Thank you to everyone for your kind words.

Just to clarify, the cause of death has still not been determined and at this point there is no indication of SIDS. The results of the autopsy are not completed yet and wont be for at least two more weeks.

What has been printed so far have been false reports. It is very important that we do not speculate and wait for the official report.

How are the JW's reacting to the new USA gay marriage laws?

personally i think this is wonderful.

i have nothing against gay people and wish them only the best.. but of course i'm in a minority of one, the jw's around me are posting away on fb the most homophobic vitriol imaginable.

a lot of them are even saying that it's the start to armageddon!!.

@ Clambake - you are very misinformed. In Canada you must apply for common law status - and you must prove you have lived with your partner consecutively for 12 months in a relationship like a marriage.
